✹  Upcoming Album:
 "The Light of the Sun"

The Light of the Sun is the brainchild of vocalist and co-writer Luqman Frank and producer and co-writer Quincy B. Griffin.

Inspired by their shared love of 1970s soul legends, such as Curtis Mayfield and Al Green, Luqman and Quincy set out to capture the era’s rich and textured soundscapes with ornate keys, rousing horns, soulful guitars and spirited percussion, while infusing it with elements of the hip hop and R&B they grew up with. Their vision is masterfully brought to life by a live backing of some of the most accomplished musicians in the Bay Area and beyond.
